In 2002, Fabiano celebrated it's 90th anniversary and wanted to mark the occasion with a new flagship wine. Thus, Fabiano created a special wine in traditional Veronese style but with an innovation blend. They took withered Corvina grapes to guarantee body and structure, and blended them with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot to give a touch of modernity to this "Super Veronese" wine. This wine is a full flavoured wine with ripe red fruit and delicately spiced notes, the palate lingers with fine and lasting tannins. It will accompany many red meat dishes or strong cheeses. Ideal to open the bottle a few hours before serving.

Not just a Valpolicella, a blend of selected Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara, Sangiovese and Negrara. The wine recieves a second fermentation (ripasso) in March, on the still warm and sugary residue grapes of Amarone Fabiano. This gives the wine extra bouquet, structure and complexity. A structured and interesting wine with floral and fruity notes, complemented by vanilla nuances, this wine will accompany roast meat dishes and mature cheese.

An amazing lesser known wine from the Veneto region, this has a full flavour with buttery and mouth watering fruit flavours. Well worth trying something different, this will accompany salmon or cream cheese.
